What is Advancement? This is a common question and often answered with “fundraising,” but it is so much more. Providing the greater school community with opportunities for philanthropic support is certainly an aspect of Advancement, but providing our students with an educational experience that supports our school mission—"To challenge and support our students to do their best through truth and courage in learning and in life”—is the heart of everything we do.

In Advancement, our work involves fundraising initiatives, parent and alumni relations, events, communications through the school magazine Traditions, as well as information management.

Our office is on the Junior School Campus, “The Beach.” Every day, we are treated to a spectacular view of the ocean and the sounds of happy kids.
